Anyone who has ever come in contact with JULIE BRANHAM knows immediately what  she is all about.   Julie has been involved in music since she was a young child.   She was raised in a Christian home and a musical family and has always been driven by one thing…to use her gifts and talents for God’s glory.

Through the years Julie’s talents have matured into a multifaceted ministry as a vocalist/vocal coach, pianist, keyboardist, choral director, worship leader, songwriter/arranger, background vocalist, recording artist, and  producer.

Throughout high school Julie was singing demos for small recording studios most days after school and produced her own 12 song demo of original songs by the age of 15. After graduating from high school she was offered her first full-time, professional singing position with the touring group Red Letter Edition.  She traveled the country for three years (60,000  miles/11 months per year) performing approximately 250+ concerts per year.   She  also recorded three albums with this award-winning group.

In her 35+ years as a professional artist/songwriter, Julie has recorded radio jingles, performed on many TV shows around the country, and appeared in several music videos, as well as being a studio & live background singer and keyboard player for various recording artists. She has performed over 1,000 concerts throughout the years, some of  them for as many as 50,000+ people.

Julie served as a worship leader for over 10 years at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs with Pastor Raul Reis…one of the largest churches in the country.  She was also a featured artist/worship leader for several years with the “Somebody Loves You” crusades and “Pensando En Ti” crusades.  Julie continues to lead worship for various churches and other ministry events as an itinerant worship leader.

In 2003 Julie formed the "Heart & Soul Gospel Choir" in Los Angeles as a way for singers and musicians to have an outlet to use their gifts for God in front-lines music ministry.  After moving to music city (Nashville, TN) she re-launched the group as "Soul Choir" and hand-picked skilled singers and musicians with hearts for ministry.  They hit the ground running - debuting at the Schermerhorn in October of 2007 and haven't looked back!

Julie ministers in churches, arenas, prisons, military bases, coffee houses, schools, retreats, festivals/crusades,  conventions and seminars, luncheons/dinners, and has an active ministry to the  homeless.

Julie’s first solo CD entitled “Secret Place”   received an  enthusiastic response from listeners of all ages,   garnering two number 1 singles on Christian charts. Its title song “Secret  Place” has been sung in church worship services around the country.

Julie's long-awaited, highly anticipated sophomore release is entitled“Forever Changed.”   This is a superb collection of songs filled with joyous celebration and intense reflection on God’s undying love for mankind.   Julie wrote and co-wrote 9 of the 11 songs on the album.

Julie’s deep desire is to continue taking the message of hope and salvation, through Jesus Christ, around the world.

Julie is a graphic designer and marketing/brand specialist, Bible teacher, and member of the Gospel Music Association, ASCAP, and has also been an Artist Associate for World Vision.
