Hailing from a long line of teachers, preachers, and singers, Cheryl Hall has been singing pretty much all of her life.  Though she is a skilled soloist, she prefers to sing with groups, choirs, and in the studio.

Cherie’s musical influences are eclectic and varied such as: Andrae and Sandra Crouch, Enrico Caruso, Patsy Cline, Dinah Washington, Brooke Benton, Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Doris Day, Rosemary Clooney, Bing Crosby, and Gene Kelly.

 

She has been blessed to back some great artists like Twinkie Clark, Kurt Carr, Isaac Carree, and Kyla Jade, as well as performing on the Dove Awards, Stellar Awards, Yes Lord Radio, and various showcases.

Cherie has been a Christian all her life and her relationship with God is of primary importance to her.  She attends Cathedral of Praise and is very involved with the music ministry there.

​

Cherie is a member of BMI as well as being an actress performing in church and community theater.

She has been married for over 27 years to Leo and has two grown sons.
